Positive: Very modern, comfortable clean room. Private parking was good. Max was very helpful and friendly when we checked in.
Negative: All access was keyless, codes to open doors etc, would have been tricky if phone battery had died!

Positive: Firstly, I have real mixed feelings and I want to do this justice. The rooms were super clean and the beds were fabulous! I don't say that lightly! I am a bed princess and usually find most hotel rooms have very hard and awful mattresses. So this was a massive surprise. The foldout beds that the kids slept on were also very comfortable, according to them.
Negative: My biggest complaint is that I would like to have known up front when I booked the hotel that it was one of these code managed places, and not a regularly staffed hotel. I strongly dislike this and did not like that it was not made clear when booking. Some people are ok with this, but my experience is that it is often annoying. So, when we arrived, I had no idea that I needed two different codes to get into the establishment. Fortunately, there was a guy there who told me to look at my emails for the codes. They also did NOT put the exact of the hotel on booking.com. It was very strange and caused us a delay in finding it. I think hotels should be transparent. If you are a 24 hour, no formal check in hotel, then say it. This way I am prepared and my expectations will be set accordingly. Lastly, when you pulled out the lower mattress from the trundle bed, you could not open the bathroom door but a crack. This was very badly designed.
Summary: Ok location. Wonderful beds. Dislike the 24 hour, code entrance format.

Negative: Disappointing Experience Despite Good Location The location is convenient and the host was polite, but overall, our stay was disappointing. The hotel allows pets, which unfortunately resulted in a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the property. The digital door lock system failed, and there was no help desk or staff available at the time. We were locked out and had to solve the issue ourselves, which took over an hour. Despite calling the emergency line and even contacting Booking.com, we got no response from the host. If you choose to stay here, be prepared to handle any issues on your own, as help may not be available when you need
